Understand what you feel
Together, we look beneath the emotions and patterns that keep returning, so you can understand yourself more deeply, trust yourself more and find a clearer way forward.
about me
I believe that what you feel has a meaning, even when you cannot understand it yet.

We are more than the stories we were told about ourselves, and more than the ones we learned to repeat.
My role is not to tell you who you are, but to help you look beneath those stories and understand what is true for you.
Through warmth, curiosity and honest conversation, we begin to give language to the parts of you that have been difficult to hear.
HOW I HELP PEOPLE
Everything starts at how you look at problems.
panic
What feels sudden may have been building for a long time.
A panic attack can be like holding your finger over a running tap. The pressure keeps building until the water finally bursts through. What appears all at once may be something that has been held back for much longer.
IMBALANCE
Imbalance can be the beginning of the next step.
When you lift one foot to walk, for a moment you are no longer perfectly stable. That small loss of balance is not a mistake. It is what allows movement to happen. Sometimes emotional imbalance works the same way. It may not mean you are failing. It may mean something in you is preparing to move.
THE BODY
Your body is a compass.
A compass does not decide the path for you, but it helps you understand where you are. In the same way, tension, breath, heaviness or discomfort may be pointing towards something your mind cannot name yet.
CONFUSION
Confusion can be the doorway to a truer clarity.
Sometimes you feel certain only because you are following a direction that no longer belongs to you. Confusion can interrupt that certainty and create the space for a clearer, more honest path to appear.
DIRECTION
One degree can change the destination.
A plane can shift its direction by only one degree and eventually arrive somewhere completely different. Change does not always begin with a dramatic decision. Sometimes one small realization is enough to alter the course of your life.
THE SHIELD
What protected you is not always who you are.
Sometimes the identity you carry began as a shield, a role or version of yourself created when you needed protection. It may have helped you survive, without being the whole truth of who you are.
HOW WORKING WITH ME FEELS LIKE
Therapy with me is not about rushing to fix you, giving you ready-made answers, or forcing clarity before it is ready.

step 1
We begin with what is here.
You don’t need to arrive with the right words. We can begin with a feeling, a question, a reaction, a tension in your body, or something that keeps returning.
step 2
We listen beneath the surface.
Together, we slow things down and pay attention to what may be hiding beneath the first explanation — your emotions, patterns, body signals and the stories you carry.
step 3
We translate what feels confusing.
Through conversation, reflection and metaphor, we give shape and language to what has been difficult to understand.
step 4
You begin to recognise yourself more clearly.
The goal is not for me to tell you who you are. It is to help you understand yourself deeply enough to trust what you feel and choose your own direction.
CLIENT REFLECTIONS
The work is personal, private and often difficult to put into words.
But what people often describe is a sense of finally understanding something that had been confusing, painful or hard to name.
She helped me see that my anxiety was not just something to fight, but something that was trying to show me where I had abandoned myself.

For the first time, I felt like what I was going through made sense.

Ways of working together
This work is for you if you’re ready to look beneath the surface.

way 1
Individual Therapy
A steady process for deeper self-understanding.
Ongoing one-to-one therapy for people who want to understand what they feel, why certain patterns repeat, and what their inner world may be trying to show them. Together, we work slowly and honestly with emotions, body signals, relationships, self-doubt, anxiety, confusion and the stories you carry about yourself.
Best for you if:
You are ready for a deeper, recurring process of understanding yourself.

way 2
Inner Translation Program
A guided small-group journey into deeper self-understanding.
A 4–6 week live program in a small group of 3–6 people. Each week explores one inner theme through reflection, metaphor, exercises and guided conversation. Created for people who want a deeper experience than a workshop, but are not ready or available for ongoing one-to-one therapy.
Best for you if:
You want structure, depth and a gentle group space for self-understanding.

way 3
Inner Space Intensive
A therapeutic home reset.
A private 1-2 week experience where we work inside your home, using decluttering and space clearing as a doorway into what you have been carrying emotionally. This is not about creating a perfect home. It is about understanding what your space holds, what you are ready to release, and what kind of life you are making room for.
Best for you if:
You are in a period of transition and feel that your home no longer reflects who you are becoming.
